Shipping & Returns

  • We’re happy to include Standard Shipping on all orders for a limited time. Orders may ship in multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping costs for multiple packages. Please allow 48 business hours to process your order. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch via email provided at checkout.
  • We ship orders to the continental United States which can take up to 7 business days
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes APO/FPO addresses, or any other locations not served by UPS Ground.
  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we want to know. Please contact us online at baking@continentalmills.com or via phone at 1-800-457-7744 within 30 days* of your purchase. Subject to our approval, and for a valid reason, we will either refund the purchase price and respective sales tax (if applicable) or replace your purchase.
  • We do not accept returns. For products purchased from our retail partners, contact the store or site you made your purchase from for more information on their return policy.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.
  • *Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any purchase older than 30 days.
